Monthly installment increase

I've just received the most ridiculous service from a call centre agent, it was just ridiculous. Can I get someone who can help me increase my monthly installment please?<br> <br> I am absolutely baffled by Vanie's service, he was by no means rude just absolutely does not listen and has no idea what he is doing, maybe he's new I don't know but good grief I almost cried. I had to tell him more than 5 times that I just need to increase the installment. Each time he would confirm my banking details and say goodbye without asking what the installment is. Eventually I had to ask to speak to someone else as we were not getting anywhere but apparently everyone else was on tea and he was the only agent.<br> <br> Please get someone competent to call me
