I have app**** a personal loan in February 2023, I was approved and funds were available. From what I borrowed I used R5000 the next day the whole R65 000 was gone. I immediately visited the banrch and on records money is traced where and how it was used by a drawer. And I was asked to submit all documents for example affadivit as well as case number. At my surprise till today nothing has been actioned. Even superior who is handling my case is been avoiding me and my calls. What annoys me the most the repayment of that loan is going on with no fail. It get debited on my account. Would please refund or cancel a loan agreement with immediate effect. As you have an evident that this was African Bank inside job to use my granted loan.
