Money gone

Im very displeased with this bank as I have been a customer for the last 6 years and now they starting to throw me from piller to post. I transfer money last night from absa to my African Bank account something on a regular basis and and it reflects immediately because I do immediate transfers but for some reason no one can help me and I get told to wait how long is this going to take im just fed-up I need my money now as this is unacceptable and i will close my account Gys Harris
