Money disapperared in the account when transfered

I processed a transfer from the Cr card to savings and the money disappeared. I called in and was told the matter would be escalated and resolved in 48 hours. Over a week later no money or Feedback. I called again yesterday and was told the money disappeared due to a system glitch; it happens. They will escalate the query again and the money would reflect by close of business yesterday. Still nothing. What ******* is this??? I will let everyone I know how dodgey this place is. Credit the account and tell me on what basis I will be charged interest for money I did not use.
