Money disappeared, Credit life higher than quoted

On 2 July 2013 I was approved for a R80 000.00 African Bank Loan. The consultant explained the contract, repayment and insurance to me.

1. CAPITAL DISBUR*****T ..... African Bank paid an amount of R11 049.06 to ABSA for a personal loan on 5 July 2013. The ABSA personal loan however was already settled in February 2013 (5 months prior). Nobody at African Bank can no trace the payment or supply me with some kind of proof to take to ABSA to further investigate this matter.

2. CREDIT LIFE INSURANCE ....The Credit life insurance quoted and explained to me was R467.32. The fist month the insurance payment was R849.51 almost double the quoted amount. Throughout the agreement the Insurance was always much more that the quoted amount of R467.32
