Mistake to have app****....

I think I may have made a mistake to apply for a personal loan with African Bank. Previous experiences was excellent. App**** 28/8/2022, advised that TAT is 48 hours and to date no finalization..... Was advised the previous day and today the outcome of the application can be expected today, however stil no feedback. I should have checked the reviews before applying as it seems to be an overall issue and the end result does not look promising following the long wait.
