Missing money at african bank since 24th

Good day I have emailed hello Peter on the 30th December, after ive logged a complain with african bank consultant on the 24th December, doing has been done thus far, my 3000 rands is missing since the 24th I really dont know what to do anymore , I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.
