Misselling and pathetic service

<p>Hi all,</p> <p>I have 2 loans and credit card on this company called African bank it has made me to suffer for severe depression because of their incompitent staff and miss selling I do not whether they know the language of TCF, when app**** for these accounts was told that even if you resigned the loans and credit card will cover you for the duration of unemployment, then resigned last year's December 21 to January 21 was serving a notice, when went in store to inform them and apply for insurance to take over then was told that I have to make a way to make payment it was blatant lie they do not cover resignation it only dismissal and retrenchment.career junctions , branch used by corner Rossik where there is absa loan centre and Calton branch they **** to me , I'm studying now they sending me sms threatened me to put my name to credit bureau , told them still waiting for some provident and pension then will pay , all the their calls are recorded and been making arrangements but letting them know that I'm not when will get the funds.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want them to resolve this as was told lies I demand to covered under insurance or they must write off my debts I don't want anything to do with them they lie , call centre you hold for ever, they don't speak same language it same company , I also want dare to put my name in credit bureau because they staff lie of trying to generate more commission on give out wrong information second they made an error on my credit card they blocked it and they had put an extra charge as it was the company's mistake. </p> <p>Please help</p>
