Misselling and pathetic service

<p>I cannot believe the kind of pathetic service I have received from African bank and their *********** stuff, have been paying a loan and credit card since mid 2014 was on par with my payments, called African bank head office to find out if I resign for studies will credit facility insurance cover me , received yes from 4 consultants and including a consultant from Calton branch, this has put my life into danger because I'm indebted because of falsely information was given, in addition their stuff are so arrogant and wrote a review 3 months ago was not assisted promptly, all I want either they write off entire debt or should pay the errears have incurred because it was not my fault had I knew or given correct information was not going to consider voluntary resignation. </p>
