Misselling and pathetic servic

<p>Hello Peter please assist me , I have published 2 complaints on this site I'm still getting arrogance and pathetic service from African bank, they have adversely affected my ITC, went to their branch in Calton centre and Junction mall where I took my loan was advised that if I resigned my credit facility will pay off. ..I'm studying as we speak but had their consultants gave me correct information I wouldn't have incurred such debts. I hold them accountable and liable for contravention of FAIS act. All I want them to settle my debts or insurance pay all my errears that were incurred .I'm just an email and a call away but they still want me to call them back. THAT IS VERY BAD SERVICE IN ALL THREE ACCOUNTS WITH THEM, IT SHOWS THEY DO NOT WHAT IS CLINT CENTRICITY AND TREATING CLINT FAIRLY. THINK FSB NEEDS TO TAKE ACTIONS ON SUCH INCIDENCE. </p>
