Misleading customers and not keeping to their promises

My credit card account was flagged to be in arrears and yet it wasnt as the money was being debited monthly.

I was promised that this matter will be resolved and they will also remove that this account was in arrears. But when I check my credit report it showns that the account was in arrears.
