Misleading

<p>I app**** for a loan through African Bank. Got phone call on Wednesday evening from a very friendly lady called Lerato confirming all my details again. She promised pay out of the loan no later than Friday morning. When i called this morning to enquire why i have not received it i was told the loan was declined . I could not believe this. How can you tell a customer everythingis fine even give a payment date then nothing ? I declined other loan offers on regards that i will get this one. Now when i ask reasons for it being declined none one can give me an explanation. This is really bad service. I expect more from an bank than this. </p>
