Misconduct and no telephonic engagements to Clients

Follow up complaint with no tangible telephonic feedback from African Bank's Manager RBotha and Lungisa. After numerous attempts was made to try and call the above people from AB, in order to rectify their mistake, they are simply not interested in taking calls or calling me back. Incorrect information is reported on my Profile and these consultants just could not care less. I regret having dealings with this Bank.
