My name is Simon Given Ngwenya and I complaining about Capitec Bank whereby I paid up one of loan that I took from them therefore after paying on the system still indicate I owe them R200 which I believe it’s a ****. I then spoken to one of capitec bank consultant and told me she will not be able to help and give me settlement letter. To prove that I paid in full they also send me the mail to confirm my payment.
