****mer and ungrateful bank ever

I took a loan with african bank in 2021 and I paid for months up until I couldn't pay and I told them the reason I can't pay last year 2024 I contacted them to call me so we can atleast start to pay which was less the installment amount. I am paying them R400 which is amount I can afford for now still they are busy calling me to increase the amount how when I am the one to contact you to deduct again now you telling me the money I am paying is not enough that is bull. I will stop even the one I am paying seemingly it's not taken to account and instead of the loan amount to decrease it keeps going up
