I'm paying my credit card account every month but my payments are not updated and it has been more than 9 months paying. Worse thing, they handed me over to MBD while I'm paying them monthly and they are expecting me to pay both of them. Was told by their consultants several times that they're not updating my account and they are also not informing MBD about my payments. MBD also told me I must pay both African bank and them so they can update my account because the one I'm paying African bank is a waste since it is not updated. I'm confused because I don't know where my money that I'm paying to African bank go to since I'm listed by African bank and MBD for the same account. MBD keeps on calling every day and I'm paying my account every month. Balance given by African bank and MBD are different and I don't owe MBD but African bank and I'm paying my account every month.
