Since 30 July 2023 I've been waiting for african bank to release an amount of R10351 to my credit card that was a deposit from Hertz car rental that was on hold and Hertz did send them a letter on the 30th July 2023 to release the deposit back to my account but they have failed u til to date. I provided all the proof of transaction and the amount on hold to be released but they kept on saying they are investigating because they are unable to trace those funds whereas there is proof from Hertz as well as transaction that went off my account...for how long should I wait for.my refunds instead I get reference numbers
