Maybe we are too AUDACIOUS to think we can trust African Bank

My parents have fallen victim to cyber ***** and this bank has been giving them a run around for over 3 weeks now,however they have started debting their account. 2 very sickly elders must frequent the branch to be given the same feedback over and over. They are not doing much to protect their clients from the terrible crime. This is unfair and their lack of urgency indicates that they don't care,if a person takes up a loan it means they are in urgent need of that money,how is it that noone is working around the clock to remedy this situation that clients didn't create. Do you care about your brand??
