MATTER BEING HANDED OVER TO LEGAL DEPARTMENT WHEREAS PAYMENT IS BEEN DONE EACH MONTH

Morning Hello Peter it has been a while writing any reviews but I wish to raise my deep concern as regards with African Bank. I cannot lie they have been very kind and assisting for so many years being their loyal customer. It is only now am experiencing financial constraints due to unforseen circumstances that made me not paying the full instalment as agreed but I normally pay each month and they ackowledged that. I even wrote them explaining my situation but today they just called if they will handover the account next week if I do not have money which I explained to them that I will but next month end November. Hello Peter I know you not a complaint department I signed the agreement with the bank but will you kindly assist me it is only now I cannot afford to pay the full instalment all these years I have been a loyal customer to them. Please assist me Hello Peter.
