Man I hate this bank. Staff cant do their jobs and leave clients accounts in a negative balance
I am trying to understand why your staff cant do their job. I spoke to a collections consultant we repeatedly agreed I would pay R9249 + R2000 which you got. But in all your banks idiocy, you debit me an extra R2000 and take my rates and taxes money and leave me overdrawn. I want my money back and unlike last time I not spending money to get you statements and I am not coming up and down for you guys. Cancel the R2000 debit reverse it today. i hate hate this bank. You people are idiots. Do you jobs man
