Making me pay a written off account

I am so disappointed in how some financial institutions still employ people of this kind of character , this lady has been making me pay an account that she new very well was written off and made a fool of me and I am still struggling to get hold of her , each time I call African bank I am not able to get hold of her instead they sent me a letter that my account has been settled ,what about the payments that I have made I January December and November , I have been taken for a ride by her now I need her to account for making me a fool and she does not have a line were I can contact her but she works for African bank really , I am also planning on going to the bank ombudsman to get assistance regarding this kind of nonsense ,why make people fools because they are not aware or are not informed it baffles me she is honestly got to my nerves as I see that my Experian information says I still owe 8 months in arrears where as I been making payments
