We app**** for african bank credit card on the 7 October 2022 application was approved documents sent then there was no reply,on the 10 October went to vosloorus branch was served by Lerato kwetla who processed the application gave the credit card with a bank card all african bank contract was signed and money to be available within 48hr,on the 12 October at 16hrs I received a call from Thembi Shongwe requesting confirmation letter from my company to prove I work there I then asked why was the contract signed If there were missing documents she rep**** that that's how the process is I asked why didn't lerato kwetla ask for those she couldn't answer (at the branch lerato was on her fone the whole time she was assisting me I even complained she didn't care)so I requested thembi to cancel the application or the loan and requested a reference number she said there is no such when we kept pressing for the ref no she said she was even doing a favor by calling us cause she can see the application won't be successful .never have I experienced such unprofessional behavior from both thembi and lerato ,never ever do business with african bank they are very unprofessional .and ********
