Lousy customer service policies by African Bank, I needed a simple 3 months bank statement for my matriarch who is bedridden and will be 99 years old in 5 months time, was asked to bring her to the bank for a two page bank statement which was required by the local council for. ESP application, I was furious because that was totally uncalled for, that is why this Bank doesn't grow. Open an account with this bank at your own risk, they are just not professional, don't have ATM's in this day and age of modern technology
