Lost an amount of R7000 at Africa Bank Ghandi Square in Jhb on the 19/01/2022

I've laid a complain on the 19/01/2022 about me loosing an amount of R7000 inside African Bank Ghandi Square in Jhb. Still no action I was only told to go and update my details and that was done long ago.
