Loosing Hope
I wrote a review about African Bank on the 03 Jun 2024 at 08:25 even today I have not received any feedback regarding why I get debited my whole salary when I had an arrangement for two years with the KGB Attorneys in 2021 and I have been paying with no issues. Now because I had to call to ask for an arrangement letter so that I can get a job, the lady assisting me now authorised a debit order without my concern. I never authorized a debit order of R5085.00 from my account and despite numerous times trying to get assistance to get a debit order of my initial R500 I'm failing and they take all my money from my account. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm lost of hope.
