looooong process

I app**** for a loan this week, went into branch only to find out that the application needs to be captured again manually which is what I wanted to avoid altogether because that meant two scoring. I eventually after an hour got approved for the loan. The staff struggled to get an email my payslip and eventually after a day I went back and gave a printed slip. By now all should be well because I signed the contract and you guys should be paying. I still haven't heard anything from the department that calls to verify whatever it is they must verify (stupid processif you ask me) im wondering when I will receive the loan? ?? The only reason I went to African bank was because of previous fast experience with payouts now im wondering if I made a mistake. Please get this sorted soonest as I really need the money. If you guys keep dragging your feet I may as well cancel and apply at my bank. It will be longer but right now they appear more reliable
