Longer Term

I am an African Bank customer - And my loan in arrears. I would like to know if the Bank can't include my arrears in my outstanding balance and extend the loan term.<br> <br> I cannot be able to pay double installments as I hoped. My salary is now R4900 less because the department of education is no longer giving us the 37% on top of our salaries since we are now permanent.<br> <br> I would like to find out if there is any way besides call center to get in touch with you guys - emails bouce back.<br> <br> Hoping to hear from you,<br> <br> Thank You.
