locked out of account for 2 months and counting, I'm tired

I'm just defeated at this point. This bank just continuously proves to me how unimportant I am to them. I went to branch to try to fix my fingerprints, they have been trying to escalate my problem to no help. Mid July I was told at branch to lay a complaint I do that and my concerns were listened to "escalated" again and in was told it takes 7 business days for an investigation. 2 weeks later, no response, no update sidelined again. I just want my money at this point and I'll delete my account with you guys, clearly my business isn't welcome at African bank
