Loan taken under my information

This morning today 23/02/21 I receive a call from their head office that I missed payment for a loan that I took January, I never took a loan with them and suprisingly I didn’t even have that record on their bank... I have had African bank is a **** and u take loan or whatever with them u will never finish paying now I believe that because a loan was taken without my knowledge I feel like screaming right now... like I can’t believe I will never be able to finish paying this because I promise u this is how u never get out of African Bank accounts. I want that account removed from my name and whoever took the loan to pay for it
