Loan statement request long overdue

How long can it take to send a comprehensive loan statement? Well it has been a week, including a followup midway through.

I just need a comprehensive loan statement since the day of inception to date. I am sure this can not be too difficult or time consuming.

That I have to resort to this platform for a statement is mind boggling.
