loan settlement

<p>i phoned african bank to settle my loan account and i spoke to Lungile Mazibuko, she told me that the account was over written, i need to contact ITC to know how long i will be blacklisted.</p> <p>what does this mean? how can i resolve it? all i need is to settle the account.</p> <p> </p>
