Loan Restructure

Apparently African bank cannot restructure the loan if the client has financial issues. I have explained to the consultants that I am unable to pay the full instalments anymore but unfortunately there is no way they could help me. The payment arrangement is not reducing the balance because of the high interest. I really want to off the loan but the interest is making it impossible for me.
