Loan Rejection - No clear indication / reason why - Pathetic Service African Bank Head Office Loans Dept

On Friday, 11 January 2019 I app**** for a personal loan with the option to purchase a laptop with the funds being deducted from the loan, but that I my credit card is in arrears, which it is not as a monthly debit order goes off without any hassles therefore the arrear amount will also be deducted from my loan, no problem lets do this. The weekend passes by, no word from African Bank, on Monday morning I contacted a consultant, they required a document from me which was 10 years old, 10 YEARS OLD!!!! No other institute has ever asked me for this document, I drive to the bank and submit this document. The next day I called the consultant again, they require my divorce order, which is 6 years old, 6 YEARS OLD, bearing in mind, (1) I kept on having to follow up, no one had the decency to let me know where we were at with regards to outstanding documents, (2), no other institute has ever asked me for any of these two documents. Tuesday, I drive to the bank again for the third time. Tuesday evening I get told the application was rejected because they did not get the divorce order in time, Wednesday, I'm back at the bank, redoing the application again, so this is my fourth time at the bank since my first application. Wednesday evening the consultant let me know that the application was rejected again, as she had a calculation typing error on the document, the hard copy did not match the the amounts which she typed on the system, so today, Thursday morning I'm back at the bank, we have to redo the application, all done, No not quite. I today Thursday, 16 January 2019 get a message from the consultant, my application has been rejected "something about deduction amount greater than affordability on disbur*****ts....and I have no idea what that means" Also the consultant states "but then we also received an email stating the the system is auto rejecting applications and I do not know the reason why. I want someone to contact me at African Bank, but preferably on emails, as (1) I do not have any privacy for calls, and (2) I want an email trail on black and white of the discussion so that nothing gets intercommunicated. I've never dealt with such incompetence from a banking authority and this was truly pathetic service from African Bank head office loans department. I need an email address with regards to this situation please.
