Loan refund

I had a loan account with African bank and asked for a settlement quote so I was told I have a settlement discount if I pay before a certain date and that I did do but I paid the whole amount with no discount,when I called them for a refund they say ,"ok we see you had a discount and you are supposed to get you refund",but that never happened. +-R1000 I was supposed to receive but nothing they just send a message saying that you have no refund,I wouldn't advise even my worst enemy to take up any product with this bank that preys on it customers,I guess it's how they look to get successful.
