Loan not paid

Hi <br> I went to apply for a short term loan at African Bank in Birch Acres Mall on Saturday, all documents were handed in and contract of the loan signed, but as of yet the loan still has not been paid, now the person who helped me did not explain as to how long your procedure takes as I needed the loan quite urgently, I called the number ***twice and both consultants told me that they still busy with my loan, it is now 3 days and I still have not received the money yet. why make us go through the process of us signing contracts when we will not be receiving our loans when we need them, I am so disappointed at African Bank and as soon as my credit card is paid up with them, I am cancelling it.
