Loan not decreasing

I took a loan out with African bank for an amount of R35 707.50 on the 22nd October 2021 and the debit dates are the 20th of each month , which means the 1st debt went off on the 20th of November 2021 however it shows that the balance of the loan is R32 794.47 and I’ve been paying the loan since November 2021 till now which is 9months ! They debit R1 273.84 and according to my calculations my loan is supposed to be decreased with an amount of R11 464.56
