LOAN HAS TAKEN 10 DAYS!!

I app**** for a loan on 9th December 2019. I am still waiting for them to call me back regarding my contract as all the documents have now been received. Nevermind how I had to send the documents more than 4 times.

please can a supervisor sort this out today!!! The beginning stages were so pleasant and now I am struggling!
