Loan from african bank made in 2013?
<p>I have just learned that debt in south africa becomes a prescibed debt after 3years. i was retrenched from my job prior and handed in the documentation when the retrenchment happened. On Friday i was summoned by a sherrif of the court to please start paying the loan I obtained from African bank in 2013. The loan has since been bought over by attornys. What should I do in this instance</p>
