My name is Lindelwa Fula, currently residing in Johannesburg. I acessed my credit report yesterday via Bayport website. I was shocked to see that i have a loan account with your institution that was opened account number ********** 006 with an outstanding balance of R7,985.00 AFRICAN BANK ********** 006 R7,985 R579 24 2019-02-07 First of all, i never app**** or visited an African Bank Branch or online application in the month of February. I I would like African Bank to furnish me with a copy of this loan document, as i never app**** or received the said amount.

I need you to investigate this matter urgently, as it is negatively affecting my credit score AND make sure this amount is removed with immediate effect on my credit report.

I will also be sending the same to the credit ombudsman to report this matter.
