Loan

I have call the call center at African Bank. I spoke to the agent regarding a loan which was provincaily approved submitted all relevant documents that was required. Had to then call back so many time with no joy. I then had to take a day off from work to got to the store to do a loan application which the consultant confirmed was approved she made me accepted the Debi check for the debit order to go off my account monthly. Until know a week later stiil no joy they say 2 day turn around time to pay out but nothing has been done I have to call African Bank every day I have even given my documents to a consultant email address that confirm she will work on the matter but no response and no acknowledgment up to today all my time and efforts for no joy how can the consultant say the loan is approved and I have to run around in circles. Be Straight up yes or no. U want my business or not
