Loan

Pathetic service. I app**** for a loan online on Friday 13th of November 2020 and got email stating that my payslip was not clear on Saturday 14th which i send. On Tuesday the 17th i was informed that my proof of employment is missing, which I send. On Wednesday the 18th, I phone twice to ask how far my loan application was, and they said they never got the prof of employment letter. I emailed it again and uploaded it for the third time and phoned later again only to be told someone will get back to me. How can it take 6 days to get a approved for a loan? And why do they not ask for all the documents when you apply? I even went to the branch to see if they could assist me and they said that they could't. Surely they can phone and speed up the process?
