Loan delayed.
African bank service is very poor I app**** for a loan on the 27 of last month.i went to my branch to complete all the necessary documents got agreements and a contract.to this day I haven't got money to my account. Your service is poor the call center doesn't help either. How do we put our trust in you. I am disappointed.
