Loan

I app**** for a loan online on the 29/06/20222 ,there was a few documents outstanding and I sent it in by Wednesday. It is the 10/07/2022 and my loan is still in review. I called client services and the only feedback I receive is "I will escalate your query to the credit office" yet I do not get any feedback from them? How can my loan be in review since the 06/07/2022 without any answer? There is no documentation outstanding, nothing that has changed? Please assist.
