Loan application woes with African bank
I have finished already 300 rand worth of Airtime trying to conclude my online application with African which they said will take 3 minutes. On the 7th i submitted an application - it came back saying the latest pay slip was not clear - so on the 10th i submitted to *** and *** Different format/s of the same doc, I did it on the 11th and the 12th and still the same issue raised on the 7 still pends. The document is clear just like all the other docs - being calling to no avail. the people you talk to phase access to nothing...etc

13 Oct 2022, 11:49Hi, Thanks for moving my application along, But now it says that i must go activate my fingerprints at the branch - But i went to the branch In Menlyn at 11am now and my fingerprints were not required, they just asked me questions to get into my account and that's it. I showed them the message in the app "Please scan your finger prints at the nearest branch to complete the application" the message is still there, they said they could not do anything with that ?? Please advise
