Loan application pending 2weeks

<p>I went to the Middelburg branch on 25 July already and still have not heard anything, when I call the branch they say 1 thing and when I call the application department the say another..... at the branch when applying they said the money will be paid in that week... now 2 weeks later and still nothing.... not sure if it is the branch who is at fault because when I call the consultant who assisted me she is never available and she also never returns my calls. what can I do to speed up my application?.... I really do need the money urgently.</p>
