Loan application not finalised

This has got to be the worst service provider for loans to date.

I app**** at the branch for a loan. Documents were all submitted, a week later no answer and no reply, after escalating on Facebook I get a call asking for the same documents again. Please u your service is appalling I was approved for a specific amount or qualified for. I submitted bank statements and payslips, have a new bank so submitted statements for the new bank as well. Please resolve this matter.
