Loan application
Dear African Bank I app**** for a loan which was approved, received the contract (Account_Reference ***) on 11 October, approved the debicheck on Monday, was advised the loan will be paid out in 48 hours. On Wednesday I called a consultant as no funds was received. He logged a ticket (query ***) and apologised for the inconvenience and said the funds will be paid on 14 Oct. I called today and have been advised that I do not have an existing application. I am very confused. Can someone please assist?

19 Oct 2021, 11:53I have already spoken to about 5 consultants who said they would investigate and get back to me. Firstly, no one has tried calling me since this review and secondly, I will absolutely lose my mind if I have the repeat the story for the sixth time. In my last correspondence, I was told the funds would be paid by last week Thursday and that the debicheck issue has been resolved. I have not received anything no African bank cannot even find my application. This is shocking!
