Loan Application

I app**** for a personal loan on the 29th of December 2021, Till today i have not head any communication from African Bank, when i check my status o the app, Its been in review since 29th December 2021, I believe a client should wait for 24 - 48 hours for a response, However that is not the case, and I have called the contact center many times, they always escalate however there's no feedback regarding my application
