Loan Application

<p>I app**** for a personal loan on the 20th of October 2016, they requested additional documents which I sent the same date, on the 27th they phone to tell me they did not recieve the documents when I informed the I received the automatic reply to thank me for my email. I sent the document again on the 28th of October, after which a lady phones me requesting a letter from my employer, I told her to look on my payslip as the information requested was shown on there, she was happy with my answer and said I would receive the second call that same day, it is the 1st of October and I have'nt heard anything. I feel this is unacceptable, when you apply for a loan you did it as you needed the money quickly, the say it is quick and easy but it is 12 days now?</p>
