Loan application

I have app**** for a loan on line and the service is just horrible. I have sent through all my documents and even today my application is still pending. I have been calling to do a follow up on my application and I'm told to resend my documents. I have delt with more than 7 consultants, I've been resending my documents from last week Thursday even today I'm still resending. This a Is a horrible service with lack of communication. I have copied the supervisors several times with no assistance. I don't think people in the top management are aware of this and I feel that they need to know. Ntombi ***
